- Find 3/4 of the socks and turn them upside down.
2. Get a scale, a cup, rice or lentils (with which to fill them). You will need 100 grams per sock. That’s 3.5 oz. If you prefer them to be heavier, you can always add more.
3. Pour the contents of the cup into the sock and tie it.
4. Then turn the socks over and you’re ready to spin! You can make small knots at the top of the poets to make them easier to hold.
